The purpose of this group is to question the decisions that were made on political asylum and refugee cases submitted by Iranian activists in foreign countries.

 
People of Iran are facing an era of unfair decisions against them by their own government. We watch them fight for their lives and freedoms. There are many cases in different countries around the world waiting to be heard. It is time that we the PEOPLE of IRAN who live in free countries deliver the voice of our brothers and sisters so that everyone around the world can hear their cries.

We start this group with this case that is currently known and will accept any other cases that you may know about that need to be heard and reconsidered.

Mohammad Ali Jannesar was born in Tehran, Iran and has been living in New Delhi, India since January of 2006. He first applied for a political asylum through the UNHCR and after his case was approved his file was sent to the USCIS office that is part of the US embassy in New Delhi. After several months of waiting his application was denied and he was told that the case was lacking credibility. When his file was resubmitted to the USCIS for an appeal it was once again turned down but this time there was no reason given. When Mr. Jannesar tried to question the results he was told to bring back his denial letter so that a box can be checked to verify the reason for his denial.
